Entegra’s Finance team is hiring an Exclusion Analyst. This position is responsible for managing program enrollment which is critical to the accuracy of the invoices going to our Manufacturers to reduce accounts receivables and improve client satisfaction.
This is a remote position with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
What You'll Do Manage Client program participation enrollment (inclusions and exclusions) process.Identify and research anomalies and discrepancies in system dataConduct routine audits and rectify issuesRecommend improvements in processes and procedures to ensure effective, efficient operations. Collaborating with other departments on process improvementsDrive escalations as needed to leadershipPerform other duties as assigned.What We Offer

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeMinimum 5 years of accounting and accounts receivable experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, supported by strong overall computer literacyStrong attention to accuracy and detail including the ability to prove accurately.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment towards the successful establishment of set goals and objectives.
