Ent. & Bus. Applications Analyst
**Key Responsibilities:** Analyze business requirements related to time management and translate them into SAP system configurations. Configure SAP Time Management components including: Work schedules Absence and attendance types Time quotas Time evaluation schemas and rules Integration with Payroll and other HCM modules Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements related to time management. Conduct workshops and training sessions with business users and HR teams. Perform system testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, HR, and IT to ensure seamless integration. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP Time Management processes. Stay updated on SAP best practices and new functionalities in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (if applicable). **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management. Strong understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Time Management. Experience with time evaluation schemas and PCRs. Familiarity with integration points between Time Management and Payroll. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time. Knowledge of India and global labor laws related to time and attendance. SAP certification in HCM or Time Management.
