Key Responsibilities

Complete production processes as trained by the production leader, supervisor, or designee.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Apply the appropriate clothing and safety equipment required during the process.Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, tools, or any other aspect of your work to the supervisor or line leader.Produce according to established production standards.Assist line leaders and supervisors during ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits as per your level of responsibility.Perform other duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.Prior experience in a production or assembly role is a plus.Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.Ability to strictly adhere to safety protocols and use of safety equipment.Effective communication skills to successfully implement feedback and instructions.Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
