Job Title: Enrollment SpecialistJob Description

This position provides essential behind-the-scenes administrative support, focusing on ensuring employee enrollment tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. It is a non-customer-facing role designed to support our team in catching up on a backlog of work.

ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry to assist with the backlog of enrollment tasks.Verify eligibility and manage Medicaid-related documentation.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to complete daily tasks.Operate multiple software platforms and manage multi-screen setups efficiently.Work independently after training to learn and implement processes quickly.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail.Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with eligibility verification and data entry.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work independently and self-motivate.Experience in administrative or operations environments is advantageous.Capacity to handle large volumes of data efficiently.Work Environment

This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience in a supportive environment with access to multiple software platforms and a multi-screen setup. The work is primarily conducted independently, requiring a strong capacity for self-motivation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.21 - $22.21/hr.
