Job Title: Enrollment Specialist Location: Baltimore, MD Type: Contract Compensation: $20/HR Contractor Work Model: Hybrid ALTA IT Services is staffing a Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist to support a leading health insurance customer. The individual is responsible for ensuring that members are accurately enrolled into the member enrollment systems in a timely manner, and according to the account contract or service agreement for complex accounts. Pay: $20/HR Hybrid: Baltimore, MD (4-8 times in a year span) Health Insurance Experience Needed Responsibilities: + Accurately enrolling members in a timely manner. + Verify enrollment status, make changes to membership records, research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations, and other forms of enrollment events. + Identify any abnormalities in the enrollment process. + Match the health plan with the members requests. + Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure that all group enrollments are processed prior to running the monthly bill. + Facets software is nice to have. #M2 Ref: #855-IT Baltimore System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
