Description We are looking for two dedicated Enrollment Specialists to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will handle enrollment processes with precision, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping using Microsoft Excel. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the construction/contractor industry. Responsibilities: • Process incoming mail enrollments promptly and accurately, adhering to established procedures. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and maintain enrollment data. • Ensure all records are meticulously maintained and free of errors. • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete enrollment tasks efficiently. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency. • Perform quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Assist in special projects related to enrollment processes as needed. • Demonstrate reliability and consistency in attendance and task completion. • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow. • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high performance. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets. • Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy. • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure error-free data processing. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proven reliability and dependability in previous roles. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Prior experience in data entry or enrollment processing preferred. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
