What your day will look like
Lead and participate in delivery of high standard of person-centered resident care.Contribute to comprehensive individual holistic assessments and care plan for new and existing residents and evaluate care as per the policy.Ensure clinical documentation is completely in timely manner and clinical assessments are reviewed, updated and validated by RN.Daily responsibility of the emergency, safety and infection control procedures as per the policy.
What you will bring to the role
A passion for caring for others. Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and support their needs. Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system. Strong communication skills.
