Position Overview High High Enrichment Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that extend student learning beyond the standard curriculum. This role supports students in cultivating advanced cognitive skills, creativity, and social-emotional growth through targeted enrichment activities. Specialists may work with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
View Job Description Requirements / QualificationsSkills Required: Expertise in boxing after-school basics Experience working with children and youth Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create engaging and educational boxing lessons Knowledge of safety protocols and techniques in boxing The Boxing Enrichment Specialist will be responsible for: Developing and implementing boxing enrichment programs for children and youth Teaching boxing techniques and skills in a safe and engaging manner Creating lesson plans and activities that cater to different skill levels Monitoring and assessing the progress of participants Ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred High school diploma or equivalent AND Completion of 48 college units OR NCLB Paraprofessional Certification Previous experience in teaching or coaching boxing Certification in boxing or related field is a plus Passion for working with children and helping them develop new skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
