Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled 3DEXPERIENCE PLM Solution Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise-level PLM solutions using Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PLM processes across the product lifecycle and hands-on experience configuring and integrating 3DEXPERIENCE solutions for engineering, manufacturing, and business systems.
Work Experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture and design of PLM solutions based on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
* Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable and sustainable PLM solutions.
* Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated and optimized PLM processes.
* Define and manage solution architecture, configuration, and customization of 3DEXPERIENCE applications (e.g., ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
* Design data models, lifecycles, and workflows that reflect customer requirements and best practices.
* Integrate 3DEXPERIENCE with ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.
* Support system validation, testing, and documentation.
* Monitor system performance and ensure the platform aligns with enterprise security and compliance standards.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments from Dassault Systèmes and recommend enhancements or upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform solution design and implementation.
* Strong understanding of PLM concepts (BOM management, configuration control, change management, etc.).
* Experience with ENOVIA and its key apps/modules (Engineering Central, Program Central, etc.).
* Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.) and data migration tools.
* Knowledge of CAD tools like CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, and their integration with PLM systems.
* Familiarity with scripting languages (MQL, TCL, Java, JavaScript) used in PLM customizations.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Dassault Systèmes certifications (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect or Developer certifications).
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Experience in manufacturing or aerospace, automotive, or high-tech industries.
