Technical Knowledge Base Writer to create clear, user-friendly L0/L1 technical articles for non-technical internal audiences. This role involves gathering information from subject matter experts and/or proactively identifying topics based on Yammer comments and key topics of interest. Resource will follow a standard article format, and collaborate with the Knowledge Governance team for review and approval.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Research and write technical articles addressing common user issues (e.g., printer troubleshooting) for the internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather accurate, relevant content for new articles.
• Review and amend existing articles based on user feedback or new requirements.
• Monitor channels such as Yammer to identify recurring questions and proactively create content to address them.
• Ensure all content meets established governance and quality standards.
