Position Summary:
We are looking for a senior colleague to join to a P2P Transformation Project within our Vendor Master data team. This role is key in supporting our ongoing system/process migration and ensuring a smooth transition for our vendors and internal stakeholders.
In the first 6 months, you will focus on vendor onboarding and vendor master data activities during the migration. As the project evolves, your focus will shift to providing dedicated support across other P2P areas, playing a central role in stabilizing and continuously improving the new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the P2P Transformation Project with a primary focus on vendor onboarding and vendor master data activities during the initial migration phase.Ensure vendor data is accurately collected, validated, cleansed, and maintained in line with internal controls and project timelines.-Contribute to the stabilization of new P2P processes after go-live and support the transition to business-as-usual. Act as a key point of contact for vendors during migration, managing communication via phone and e-mail in a professional and business-appropriate manner.Provide clear guidance and support to vendors on onboarding requirements, documentation, and process changes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a seamless end-to-end P2P process.Support identification of process gaps or pain points and propose creative, practical solutions.Help document new processes, work instructions, and training materials where needed.Champion in continuous improvement and change-ready mindset within the P2P area..Leverage analytical tools to identify, research, and correct/update data discrepancies, duplicates, and stale dated records. Assist in duplicate identification and data cleansing of master data loads as part of integration activities.Assist in the development of forms, procedures and work instructions. Identify data quality or process improvement opportunities.Other tasks as assignedSkills Required:
Fluency in English communication skills (written and spoken).Experience with SAP, Navision, QAD, and Oracle is advantage.Ability to meet deadlines.Excel knowledgeMust be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.Strong business communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders via phone and e-mailProfessional and customer focused with attention to detail.Experience in high volume, multi entity, multi-currency processing functionUnderstanding and appreciation of audit, SOX requirements & VAT rulesCreative thinking and a strong “can-do” attitude.Experience in transformation or migration projects is advantage.What We Offer:
