You will lead the Data Science team, driving the development, implementation, and validation of advanced analytical models and machine learning solutions that enhance forecasting, scenario modelling, and optimization. You will oversee the creation of analytics and digital products, ensure data quality and governance, and act as a strategic partner for i-center data initiatives and functional stakeholders. Your work will ensure that platform capabilities align with business needs and effectively support organizational growth.
As “Senior Team Leader, Data Science - Digital Services” you will be responsible for:
Data Science & Advanced Analytics
Driving end-to-end Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, Generative AI/LLM prototyping, and ensuring high-quality code.Guide the creation and maintenance of predictive and prescriptive analytics tools for scenario modelling, forecasting, and back‑casting.Evaluate the performance of existing models and continuously improving them through feedback loops and performance metrics.Conduct statistical and sensitivity analyses to identify key optimization levers and prioritize high‑impact opportunities across market segments.Leadership & Strategy
Provide technical direction and leadership to achieve organizational goals and KPI.Contribute to product and program strategies, technology roadmaps, risk assessments, and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.Identify innovative technology solutions and defining long‑term sustainability goals to maintain competitiveness in digital services.Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Partnerships
Work with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions that enable agile optimization.Lead internal and external technology partnership initiatives to expand digital engineering capabilities.Data Governance & Architecture

To be successful in this role you will:
Desired Requirements:
Preferred to have experience with digital technologies, sensor data analytics, and real-time monitoring systems.Knowledge of a general-purpose programming language (such as Java, MatLab, Python, R), database knowledge and large datasets managementknowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps best practices.Comfortable in Agile environments, with a problem-solving mindset.Work in a way that works for you
