**Job Title: Electronics Technician** **Location: Round Lake, Illinois** **Hours: 1st shift M-F** **Pay: 25.50$ Hourly** **This position is primarily responsible for the electrical R&D lab soldering, rework, and testing related to new and existing Electromechanical medical devices. This position will be required to understand, set-up, perform and monitor electronic testing activities with minimal guidance.** **Perform precision soldering and rework on SMT components (down to 0201 size), fine-pitch packages, and BGA using hot air tools and PCB modification techniques.** **Execute electrical test procedures at board and system levels using DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.** **Monitor automated testing systems, report status, and assist with basic data analysis and interpretation.** **Support lab organization and maintenance, collaborating with engineers and lab staff to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.** **Follow engineering and safety protocols, including proper equipment usage, data recording, and result monitoring under supervision.** **Utilize PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium) to identify component placement and physical connections for rework and troubleshooting.** **Maintain accurate records and documentation, using MS Excel and verbal/written communication to support engineering teams and resolve issues.** ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
