Job DescriptionTroubleshoot and diagnose pneumatic & hydraulic test equipmentCalibrate and repair pneumatic & hydraulic test equipmentAssist operators with set-up of test equipment as neededBuild and repair test stand mastersTear down and analysis of test stand failuresReview processes on an on-going basis for safety, quality, and production efficiencyIdentify pneumatic & hydraulic leaks and repairSupport assembly manufacturing with troubleshooting and guiding maintenance staff as neededLearn current Vision Systems and Industrial Lighting to help in troubleshootingAssist Manufacturing Engineers in the Qualification of new test equipment

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Associate’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing EngineeringExperience with industrial controls and measurement devices (i.e. pressure transducers, LVDTs and load cells)1-3 years industrial experienceProficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent troubleshooting skill and electrical safety knowledgeProactive mindset with strong communication, interpersonal and team building skillsMust be able to relate and get along with all levels of the organization

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing EngineeringHydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting experiencesIndustrial Vision System Practical Hands-On ExperienceExposure to manufacturing robots
