**Job Description Summary** Provides technical assistance in all aspects of the setup, de-prep and testing of development engines **Job Description** **Role Summary:** Provides technical assistance in all aspects of the setup, de-prep and testing of development engines. Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will: + Interface with external organizations & internal supporting functions; coordinates the efforts of project team members in order to accomplish overall goals + Act as a project leader on specific tasks within the Development Engine Test + Facilitate interaction of staff members with each other and external organizations + Periodically prepare and implement supporting work plans + Coordinate, direct, and coach the activities of project team members + Assist the staff contributor or manager in planning work activity for the organization **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Associate’s degree in an applicable technical discipline from an accredited school or institution {i.e. Aviation Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Chemical Technology, etc.} (Or a high school diploma / GED with two years of work experience in a manufacturing or testing environment) + Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. **Desired Characteristics:** + A&P License + Strong oral and written communication skills + Effective problem identification and solution skills + Demonstrated initiative + Demonstrated success in a cross-functional team environment + Experience working in a jet engine testing environment _This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
