Primary Purpose
Primary Duties
Performs engineering assignments while exercising independent discretion; (e.g. Collect data, perform analysis, interpret results, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to management)Performs engineering tasks associated with large projects or a number of small projects; (e.g. Analyze and interpret the results of power flows and perform engineering tests, and analyze non-specific and ambiguous results) Participates on teams and may lead teams.

Provides technical assistance in support of others.Applies technical knowledge to help promote a safe work environment and to enhance customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 2-4 years of relevant experience or 3-6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a technical degree.Ability to analyze and interpret electrical and mechanical systems.Knowledge and ability to apply problem-solving approaches. Knowledge of construction, operations or engineering principles and practices.Good knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes, methods, and practices necessary to perform routine assignments for a specific discipline installations, or service.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in design tools like AutoCAD is preferred

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $70,400.00/Yr. – $96,800.00/Yr. Develops design drawings, design documents, performance assessments associated with the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Exelon's electric transmission systems. Operates independently and seeks guidance when appropriate. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
