Engineering Team Lead Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and driven Software Engineering Team Lead to lead a team focused on the development and integration of Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (CRE) solutions. This role combines technical leadership with people management, and is ideal for someone passionate about building enterprise-grade software that supports the construction and real estate industries. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership - Lead the design, development, and integration of features for Sage 300 CRE and related platform services. - Guide the team in modernizing legacy systems and implementing scalable, cloud-ready solutions. - Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and documentation. Team Management - Mentor and support a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. - Promote collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team. Project Delivery - Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and UX to define and deliver product enhancements and platform integrations. - Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software aligned with business goals.
