You are a dynamic Engineering Support Services Coordinator with a background in Engineering. In this role, under the guidance of senior leadership, you will provide technical and / or management support for construction projects, including safety and quality control, and assists operations staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Responsibilities:

Performs quantity takeoffs under supervision.Generate and review Bill of MaterialsAssist with development of the Build Cost EstimateProcess in-field escalations from Build Team with a Change Request Participates in estimating activities such as preparing budgets, cost studies, and competitive bidsCompile and process As-Builts post build to assists with development of the Build Cost Actual with a Change RequestPerforms general administrative functions

Qualifications:

1+ years related work experience or combination of relevant education and experienceStrong computer background including experience with MS Office and any related estimating softwareFamiliarity with construction documents and the ability to assist with construction document reviewStrong communication and team collaboration skills

Compensation

$46,400.00 - 63, 800 Annually

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
