Summary

You will lead our engineering team to ensure the safety and efficient operation of all plant, equipment, and services across the hotel. You’ll respond to maintenance requests, uphold safety standards, and support guest satisfaction through proactive facilities management. You will support the Operations Manager to lead the function, working with contractors and will focus on guest experience.

Proven experience in engineering or maintenance (hospitality preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of health and safety regulations, flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
