Plan, engineer, and implement product and non-product related plant actions for aluminum machining and both  ICE assembly and Battery  assembly departments. Identify cost saving opportunities Confirm standards are in place Support the Production Teams Communication and Recognition Develop highly competent and motivated people Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks Ensure completion of administrative responsibilities
