Qualification - B.E / B.Tech with minimum 6 years experience in plant maintenance and must have strong knowledge of HVAC system. Job description + Preparation of Qualification document regarding HVAC. + Knowldege of QMS + ensure all time area readiness for audits as per regulatory requirements. + Maintain documents like log books, formats and schedule as per SOP. + HEPA validation, instrument calibration and temperature mapping. + Preparation of QMS documents in HEPA validation process. + maintain labeling system in service area as per SOP. + To prepare/ update & implement existing SOP, new SOP and maintain compliance. + To check the operation and maintenance of Air Handling Unit, Air Processing Unit, Dehumidifier, Dust Collector unit etc. + To coordinate ISO documentation and safety related training.
