The Engineering Strategy & Transformation Leader is a pivotal individual contributor responsible for driving, shaping, and executing critical strategic initiatives that define the future of our engineering organization. This role demands proven expertise in developing comprehensive strategic plans and leading the implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a highly strategic, analytical, and transformational mindset, a deep passion for the automotive industry, and a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with Vice Presidents, Directors, and other senior leaders to significantly advance our mobility vision. 

You'll have...

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Industrial) or a related field. 5+ years of experience. Experience with automotive product development systems, data analysis, or strategic planning. Experience in planning, developing and deploying transformation projects is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Qlik, PowerBI) is a plus. Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strategic Planning:

Lead in the development of strategic plans for the engineering organization, aligned with overall company goals. Lead the identification of strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and potential risks. Develop presentations and reports to communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Transformation Initiative Lead:

Lead in the implementation of transformation initiatives aimed at improving engineering efficiency, innovation, and agility. Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for transformation projects. Manage progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

What you'll do...

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders. Use data to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic decision-making.

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate across engineering and program management Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
