Join a leading organization in the engineering sector as an Engineering Project Manager I, where your expertise will drive project success and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

Provide inspection and note keeping when required. Lead and coach the inspection team. Review new OTC/OTP drawings on paper/field, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements and engage stakeholders as needed. Support complex planning projects from initiation through to completion, including cost estimates and financial tracking. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Lead construction activities including testing, tie-in, and commissioning plan creation. Support construction leads in addressing technical questions or problems during construction. Deliver project plans timely to the EGI project execution group, understanding implications of delays. Create and maintain customer service installation schedules, coordinating with contractors. Provide direction and support to on-site inspectors. Travel for short/long term assignments as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders. Results-oriented with the ability to balance competing priorities. Up to 4 years’ experience in an inspection/operations and/or engineering environment. Proficient in MS Office, Microstation, and AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Maximo, e-GIS, planning, and records is an asset. In-depth knowledge of business, industrial, and company standards for design analysis.

Education & Experience

GPI certification is required. Valid G Driver's License is mandatory. Project management certification/experience is an asset.
