Summary: Seeking an Engineering Project Manager with extensive Department of Defense program experience to lead a cross-functional team in the integration and testing of electro-mechanical systems.
Must have 10-15+ years of senior-level experience
At least 5-10 years of project management experience
Must have Department of Defense program experience
Experience leading design, development, and integration of complex electro-mechanical systems
BS degree required (ideally in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
Must be a US Citizen
PMP certification is a plus
Experience using Teamcenter
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional team for subsystem and vehicle-level integration and testing
Plan and execute engineering projects using project management fundamentals
Generate and execute project plans and integrated schedules
Establish funding mechanisms to facilitate work scope
Forecast and maintain project demand files
Utilize metrics to drive and monitor project performance
Facilitate technical and programmatic events
Lead vehicle system-level design, integration, build, and test activities
Prepare bids and provide bid support for RFI or proposal efforts
Serve as primary technical interface for internal & external customers
Support change processing metrics through tracking, measuring, and managing aging issues to resolution
Evaluate customer comments on proposed changes for immediate action
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) system
Pay Details: $51.00 to $69.00 per hour
