Job Description

What will you take care of?

As part of the Engineering Department, you will contribute to engineering projects with a focus on ERP systems (SAP / Apache) and product sustainability.
You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Bosch Rexroth locations.

Help shape the future

You are passionate about engineering, digital processes, and sustainability. In this role, you will support the integration of technical, system, and regulatory aspects into engineering projects, contributing to efficient processes and sustainable product development.

Take on responsibility

Support engineering and design-related projects, including basic project management activitiesCollaborate closely with Design Engineering, Production, Quality, and other cross-functional teamsSupport ERP-based processes (SAP / Apache), including data analysis and process configurationContribute to product sustainability activities, with a focus on material compliance and EU DirectivesInterface with international stakeholders across Bosch Rexroth sites

Use creativity and scope for development

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and ERP processesSupport the implementation of new tools, processes, and standardsGain exposure to international projects and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Know-how / Competencies and Organizational Skills

Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Materials, Industrial or related fields)Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with in-house production linesBasic knowledge of Project ManagementExperience with SAP or other ERP systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and raw material specificationsKnowledge of product sustainability standards and regulations (nice to have)Willingness to travel internationally

Personal Skills

Strong team player with a proactive and structured mindsetAnalytical thinking and data-oriented approachGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams

Languages

Fluent English, German is a plus.
