Seeking an Engineering Project Manager with medical device product development experience to lead cross-functional projects, manage financials, resources, and risks, and ensure successful execution of project plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred
PMP certification preferred
8+ years of project management experience, preferably in medical devices
Proven expertise in financial management, resource planning, risk management, and project plan development/execution
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Product Development Process (PDP)
Background in medical device engineering, particularly within Structural Heart product lines
Strong understanding of cross-functional team collaboration and delivery processes
Responsibilities:
Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and act as liaison between project management, planning, and line management
Manage the development and implementation of new and existing medical device products and services
Review project status and budgets, and prepare progress reports for leadership
Monitor projects from initiation through delivery to ensure adherence to objectives
Assess project issues and implement resolutions to achieve productivity, quality, and compliance goals
Develop and maintain mechanisms for tracking project progress, intervening, and problem-solving with project managers and stakeholders
Support financial oversight, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies across projects
Pay Details: $55.00 to $70.00 per hour
