**Duration: 6 Months (Hybrid)** **Job Description:** + We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with a proven track record in driving complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives. + The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale programs in cloud infrastructure, security, machine learning, and global product strategy. + You will partner with senior engineering, product, and leadership teams to define program objectives, manage execution, and deliver innovative solutions at scale. **Responsibilities:** + Manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure, and security compliance. + Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics for programs. + Establish and track measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives. + Define program goals, establish roadmaps, and drive execution across multiple engineering teams. + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and deliverables. + Manage risk, dependencies, and trade-offs across complex programs. + Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements in products and infrastructure. + Partner with teams globally to ensure localization, globalization, and market readiness for products and services. **Experience (Required):** + 10+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical leadership, or similar roles within top technology companies. + Extensive experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and large-scale distributed systems. + Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. + Experience with machine learning, search technologies, and data-driven products is highly desirable. + Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives impacting multiple business units and global markets. + Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. **Experience (Desired):** + Background in hardware/software engineering or product development. + Experience in globalization and localization strategies for large-scale consumer products. + Familiarity with performance and scalability engineering practices. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
