Meet the Team  

The Cisco AI Software & Platform Group incubates and delivers Generative AI based solutions to reinvent Cisco's existing Products and how customers interact with them. Our Group is also introducing new offerings that help customers roll out Generative AI at scale while doing so responsibly. Ultimately, we are doing so through internal platforms that unlock the benefits of this technology for Cisco teams and partners across our Security, Enterprise Networking, Collaboration and Splunk portfolios. 

Your Impact 

Design, develop, and lead the Core Canvas Gen UI functionality within Cisco’s AI Canvas platform, driving the product from concept through release and beyond. This role is exciting because you’ll be at the heart of innovation, collaborating across teams to deliver cutting-edge AI features and continuously enhance Core Canvas capabilities throughout its lifecycle. You’ll coordinate cross-functional efforts to shape a product that powers Cisco’s AI future.  You will:  

Own end-to-end management of the Core Canvas GenUI product within the AI Canvas platform, driving innovation in autonomous IT operations. Shape the strategic roadmap for Core Canvas, integrating AI-driven insights, real-time telemetry, and collaborative workflows to transform network and IT operations. Provide strategic input influencing business plans, product marketing strategies, and forecasting for Core Canvas and related AI Canvas offerings. Develop prioritization frameworks that align Core Canvas growth with Cisco’s broader AgenticOps vision, enabling rapid root cause analysis and automated workflows. Guide complex trade-off decisions to optimize for platform capabilities. Foster alignment across multiple engineering and product teams to deliver a cohesive, intelligent, and collaborative workspace. Serve as a spokesperson for Core Canvas, representing the product internally and externally. 

 

  

 

Minimum Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 8 years, or PhD plus 5 years of related experience in product management, network operations, or AI-driven IT solutions.  Demonstrated track record of delivering delightful UX experiences for enterprise customers. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence product strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Hands-on experience working with AI products and technologies. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience in AI-powered IT operations platforms, network management, or collaborative software tools. Strong background in cross-domain troubleshooting, telemetry integration, and autonomous workflow automation.
