Engineering Office Coordinator

**Description:**
· Oversee the hotel’s routine and preventive maintenance. This includes coordinating the maintenance schedule for various systems like heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems, as well as the rooms.
· Assist in the planning and implementation of facility projects, such as renovations or repairs. This includes tracking recurring issues, coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, coordinating the engineers and painters, and coordinating with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest experience.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs. This also includes keeping track of warranties and service contracts.
· Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
· Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations. This includes coordinating with housekeeping, front office, sales, and events to address maintenance-related needs and coordinate projects according to occupancy.
· Oversee HotSOS to ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner and guest needs are taken care of, as well as scheduling RMIs on a daily basis.
· Maintain inventory to ensure Engineering department has all required supplies.
