Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop production routing and manufacturing drawings
* Utilize 3D CAD software to design fixtures
* Assist in the analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality
* Collaborate with operators to identify manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
* Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts
* Conduct time studies and analyze data to optimize production cycles and identify bottlenecks
* Apply lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and improve flow.
* Support quality control initiatives, including assisting with root cause analysis of defects and implementing preventative measures
* Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
* Bachelor"s degree in manufacturing engineering or similar
* Proficiency with 3D CAD software (CATIA or other similar)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks
