In this role, you will be applying your platform management and stakeholder management skills to a multi-role team of five senior and two junior platform engineers to oversee delivery of secret management solutions to a GCP platform. A willingness and ability to delegate major pieces of work to senior members of the team while retaining visibility is essential. What you offer

You will have experience managing teams of 5-10 engineers with diverse skill levels Strong experience in Platform Management enabling cloud services for consumption by application teams You will have experience with two or more major programming languages, such as Golang, C/C++, Java, Rust, or similarYou have a background with GitOps (preferably ArgoCD) and declarative infrastructure as code (Kustomize, Helm, CloudFormation, or Terraform) You have real world experience in supporting production applications Experience with production environments of Kubernetes or other large-scale container orchestration environments 5+ years' experience with hyperscale cloud providers, preferably GCP, in enterprise environments Experience with Secrets Management tools or Service to Service Identity Management would be highly regarded.
