We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience to lead development work for the Media OS product within the IQVIA Digital business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .NET Core, C#, and experience in leading and developing robust web applications and APIs.  This role requires a creative thinker who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality software solutions. As a hands-on leader, you will guide a team of up to 5 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions

Full-Stack Engineer proficient in .NET Core and C# programming in Agile environmentStrong experience in building web APIs.Full SDLC experience with front-end development platforms, particularly Vue or React.Proficient in TypeScript, with solid experience in vanilla JavaScript.Experience with SQL Server or Enterprise Database environmentsManages team of professional-level employees ensures that a consistent design, deployment, and maintenance process is followed for all systemsDevelops and communicates objectives and priorities to meet organizational requirementsEstablishes goals, policies and practices with significant impact on area operationsProvides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports; models and provides leadership examples for organization

Qualifications

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $100,600.00 - $280,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
