Engineering Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience to lead development work for the Media OS product within the **IQVIA Digital** business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .NET Core, C#, and experience in leading and developing robust web applications and APIs. This role requires a creative thinker who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality software solutions. As a hands-on leader, you will guide a team of up to 5 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
**Essential Functions**
+ Full-Stack Engineer proficient in .NET Core and C# programming in Agile environment
+ Strong experience in building web APIs.
+ Full SDLC experience with front-end development platforms, particularly Vue or React.
+ Proficient in TypeScript, with solid experience in vanilla JavaScript.
+ Experience with SQL Server or Enterprise Database environments
+ Manages team of professional-level employees ensures that a consistent design, deployment, and maintenance process is followed for all systems
+ Develops and communicates objectives and priorities to meet organizational requirements
+ Establishes goals, policies and practices with significant impact on area operations
+ Provides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports; models and provides leadership examples for organization
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
+ 5+ years of professional software development experience
+ Demonstrated ability to build modern web UIs and back-end services
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $100,600.00 - $280,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
