Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in hydropower projects (design, construction, commissioning).

Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Strong knowledge of national & international hydropower standards.

Skilled in project planning, risk management, and technical evaluation.
