Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and develop product line engineering teams in the flatbed trailer industry.

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineer with PE or willingness to obtain one Experience leading engineers and drafters Background in structural steel or aluminum, off-road truck, automotive, agricultural, or military vehicle industries Knowledge of hydraulics, axles, and vehicle weight distribution Degree required

Preferred Skills:

Experience overseeing drafters Familiarity with product line design warranty costs

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage department personnel and product development Develop cost-effective and safe designs that meet industry standards Collaborate with Sales for design inquiries and feasibility assessments Support Manufacturing by creating easy-to-build designs Maintain conformance to engineering standards and ensure accuracy of information Oversee contract services like prototype testing

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
