**About the job**
As the manager for this team, you will **lead a talented group of engineers** in delivering enterprise-grade solutions **end-to-end** , spanning both **backend and frontend systems** .
To be successful in this role, you’ll mentor your team, collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders, and advocate strongly for customer needs. You'll also identify opportunities to create impact by contributing to solutions for organization-wide challenges.
**What you’ll do**
+ Build and drive the product roadmap to deliver a reliable, robust, and scalable product that matters to our customers
+ **Lead and grow** a high-performing team, creating a culture of transparency in a fast-paced environment
+ Resolve key technical and product trade-offs decisively, unblocking critical decisions where product vision requires balancing with engineering scalability and feasibility.
+ Lead and grow a team of passionate and talented engineers, and work with engineers across multiple geographies to ensure we deliver results efficiently
+ Provide support and guidance that enables the team to self-organize and to achieve sustained high velocity and predictability
+ **Champion employee growth** through robust career development, coaching, and mentoring, guiding senior contributors to maximize their full potential
+ **Retain top talent** by defining clear progression paths, setting goals, conducting evaluations, and collaborating on individual objectives
+ Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with peers in Product Management, Design, and Program Management to bring diverse viewpoints and goals together
**Experience & qualifications you’ll need**
+ 10+ years of software engineering experience in full stack (front-end, APIs, and middle-tier services) development
+ 3+ years of managing software engineering teams
+ Experience in delivering highly scalable, enterprise-quality solutions
+ Managing teams in dynamic, startup-like environments
+ Experience building and cultivating strong engineering practices and processes
+ Experience working with customers and supporting a large customer base

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US Pay Range
$210,500—$315,800 USD
