This role ensures the building, grounds, and all related systems are maintained in a safe, functional, and guest-ready condition at all times. The position works in close collaboration with the Director of Engineering to align daily operations with departmental goals and priorities. This role requires a strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical systems, and general building maintenance practices. The Engineering Manager supports the maintenance, repair, and operation of hotel facilities and equipment, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and applicable codes and regulations.
