**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional manager/leader for a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead Engineering support in the MMIII Infrastructure & Equipment Branch at FE Warren, AFB as a Program Manager/Lead Engineer.
The ICBM Infrastructure and Equipment (IIE) Branch of the MMIII System Program Office (SPO) is a unique and highly capable Integrated Product Team. The capabilities of this team are often deployed to all MMIII Wings and execute the mission on MMIII Launch Facilities and Launch Control Centers. Provide focus, technical leadership and people management for the IIE government customer and BAE leadership as the SPO extends the life of MMIII into 2050 to continue sustainment of the entire ICBM weapon system deployed across tens of thousands of square miles in five states.
Responsibilities include:
+ Supporting the government customer and BAE Branch Lead Manager in the creation, review, and assessment of all IIE program documentation, architecture needs, and future infrastructure systems efforts in order to meet weapon system requirements, risk mitigation and schedule timelines
+ Assist in the day-to-day IIE operations including Branch engineering support, management of engineering support team, program status tracking, meeting support, and scheduling
+ Interact with government customer staff and senior leaders at program, SPO Division, Base Civil Engineering and AFGSC levels
+ Coordinate and integrate actions with other project managers, engineers, logisticians, testers, and external agencies

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s degree in engineering
+ Minimum 10 years of experience (8 years with a Master s degree)
+ Previous experience identifying, establishing and cultivating important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders internal and external to the USAF, including AFGSC, AFMC, AFNWC, 20 AF internally, and Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Civil Engineering Center, and contractor personnel externally
+ Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ 10 years of MMIII ICBM/Civil Engineering experience
+ Leadership experience overseeing a team of employees
+ Ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve their career goals and satisfy customer performance expectations
+ Familiarity with, or willingness to rapidly learn, complex schedule management principles
+ ngineering processes and understanding of agile program management tools
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000 - $145000
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
