Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Engineering Manager to join our team! The role involves engineering design management for a prestigious project in Riyadh to manage the design and support construction of infrastructure and public realm.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provides management and direction for the design of a large and complex public realm design package inclusive of the infrastructure, roads and utilities as part of our Clients Delivery Team.
This role requires the management of the clients appointed design team and management of engineering through construction
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Able to solve complex problems and provide suitable solutions.
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Minimum of 15 years of related experience
Enthusiastic and able to drive projects to completion.
Flexible ready to take on and overcome new challenges.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Proven ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in Design and Construction.
Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and the capabilities and efficiencies of specific engineering software for use in completing engineering assignments.
