We're looking for an Engineering Manager who shares our passion for innovation, sustainability, and world-class guest experiences. This role is your opportunity to lead our engineering and maintenance operations, make an impact through energy-saving initiatives, and inspire a team that keeps our hotel running seamlessly - all while working in a dynamic, diverse environment.

What you'll do Lead the hotel's engineering team, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative operations. Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to the highest standards. Drive preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives, reducing energy costs and environmental impact. Manage capital improvement projects and liaise with contractors to ensure flawless execution. Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire safety, and environmental codes. Develop and mentor a talented team of technicians, creating a culture of care and continuous improvement. Qualifications A qualified engineering professional (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). 5 years' experience in hotel or large-scale facilities management with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability best practices. A people-focused leader with a passion for problem-solving and innovation. Excellent communication and project-management skills. About the Company

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively. On December 31, 2004, substantially all of the hospitality assets owned by Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated under a single entity, now Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
