Engineering Manager

Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager with expertise in electric motors and generators to lead engineering and R&D functions, manage product development, and support sales and manufacturing.

Requirements:

BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Master's preferred 10+ years of engineering experience Knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation Minimum of 5 years in engineering or R&D leadership Experience with SAP Process improvement and lean principles experience

Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Suite programs Presentation skills for management levels

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to cross-functional teams Oversee technical research and development Support sales and marketing with technical input Improve design and manufacturing processes Ensure engineering systems are updated

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
