What You’ll Do

· Lead the hotel’s engineering team, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative operations.

· Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to the highest standards.

· Drive preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives, reducing energy costs and environmental impact.

· Manage capital improvement projects and liaise with contractors to ensure flawless execution.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire safety, and environmental codes.

· Develop and mentor a talented team of technicians, creating a culture of care and continuous improvement.
