Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager with aerospace, machining, CCNC, Honeywell, or programming experience to support engineering activities and lead technical teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials or related Engineering discipline 3-5 years of engineering experience Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Skills:

GibbsCam or Mastercam programming Experience working with customers in a technical capacity Demonstrated ability to lead projects

Responsibilities:

Support design of new products and modification of existing designs Provide technical presence and interface with customers Confer with engineering team to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness of products Select, train, organize, and supervise subordinates for effectiveness and growth Develop pipeline through Co-op and Development programs Provide technical support to production departments on manufacturing objectives

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
