Our client, an EPCM company, is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team within a well-established and growing engineering business. We’re looking for a well-rounded engineering manager who understands engineering delivery across disciplines, enjoys people management & development.

Location: Perth
Indicative assignment length: 12-months initial casual contract
Projects: Mining projects (brownfield)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a capable, multi-discipline engineering team in a supportive and professional environment Strategic involvement in project delivery, design delivery, team development, planning, and resource management. KEY REQUIREMENTS Mining experience essential, from an EPCM or engineering consultancy Strong Mechanical Engineering design background Experience leading engineering teams or operating in a senior technical/ project leadership capacity Strong interpersonal and team management skills Ability to oversee multi-disciplinary projects and coordinate effectively across functions Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to ongoing business growth.
