Engineering Manager
ResponsibilitiesLead the coordination and integration of multi-discipline engineering and construction processes.Focus on facility engineering and construction across properties.Lead project teams on large-scale complex projects from design through completion.Develop and issue bid packages including front-end specifications and design drawings.Perform construction management.Interact with site and venue operating personnel and leaseholders.Manage contractors and vendors, architects, and engineering consultants.Interact with regulatory agencies, including the NJDEP, NJDCA, EPA Sewer Authorities.Manage site remediation activities.Undertake additional projects or tasks as needed.Essential SkillsCivil engineering and construction expertise.Possession of NJ PE license or EIT.Minimum of 8 years of experience in heavy civil/governmental design and construction.Proficiency in engineering and engineering management.Experience with project management and working with NJDEP and EPA.Familiarity with NJDCA, NJDEP, and PEOSH regulatory standards.Working knowledge of building codes and infrastructure standards.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $157000.00/yr.
