**Introduction** As a leader in Engineering, you will build, lead, and develop a team, bringing experience and thought leadership to deliver on our mission of giving users & enterprises the freedom of running data on any device and in any cloud. **Your role and responsibilities** What you will do: * Drive the execution and delivery cross functional teams, architects, product owners and engineers making critical decisions that attribute to the success of the product * Manage and develop a team of engineers * Partner with Product Management to align with objectives, priorities, tradeoffs and risk * Ensure teams have clear priorities and adequate resources * Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members * Maintain high morale and motivate the delivery team to go above and beyond * Be a vocal advocate for technical excellence and helping the teams make good decisions; Drive a culture of innovation and continuous learning * Participate in architecture discussions and planning * Evangelize the product vision internally and externally.
