Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Engineering Manager to lead a technical team and be responsible for developing people, coordinating projects and implementing processes in accordance with Danfoss global standards. This position combines technical knowledge and strong leadership in an environment of innovation and continuous improvement

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

Leading and developing a team of engineers (people management, talent development, performance evaluation) Ensuring the delivery of technical solutions in line with project goals and company strategy Collaborating with other departments in capacity planning and task prioritization Developing the team's technical competencies and supporting innovation Managing costs, resources and meeting deadlin

Ability to develop talents, inspire and set the direction of the team Quick and thoughtful decision-making based on analysis and data Ability to link team activities to long-term company goals Clear and persuasive communication in both technical and non-technical contexts Taking full responsibility for team results and effectiveness Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

 

University degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related) At least 5 years of experience in product development or technical management Experience in team leadership and project management Fluent English (verbal and written) Knowledge of new product development and engineering processes Education and experience in the field of hydraulics are an advantage Employee Benefits
