Engineering Manager, Advanced Operations
**What you will do** + Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and budget. + Drive a culture of innovation through engineering forums, technical reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. + Develop creative solutions to complex engineering problems, using analytical thinking and ingenuity. + Guide and support the team in challenging situations, removing obstacles and coordinating with other departments for effective issue resolution. + Serve as a technical mentor, fostering continuous learning and skill development across the team. + Build strong networks with internal leaders, academic institutions, and suppliers to enhance manufacturing and product quality insights. + Develop and maintain a skills matrix aligned with product roadmaps to identify training and coaching opportunities. + Act as a key partner with divisional and global functions to support the successful delivery of new product introductions. **What you need** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. + 3–5 years of leadership experience, or significant experience in engineering support or project management. + Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams. + Proven experience managing NPI projects in a regulated environment is preferred. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities, with a logical and strategic mindset. + Proficiency in GD&T, process mapping, statistical methods, and product/process validations is a plus. + Advanced PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and MS Project, with great attention to detail.
