The ELP offers graduates an opportunity to deliver impactful contributions to strategic projects through three eight-month rotations across various Carrier business units. Candidates selected for the program will receive front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch their capabilities and accelerate their professional development. In addition to the hands-on experience, the program includes high-caliber training, mentorship, and guidance from our diverse team of Carrier executives and program alumni to build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues. ELP rotation locations can include Syracuse, NY; Kennesaw, GA; Indianapolis, IN; and/or Palm Beach Gardens, FL. **Key Responsibilities:** The program offers the opportunity to build technical and leadership skills within a professional, cross-functional environment. In addition, program participants will have exposure to: + Agile methodologies + Change management + Customer engagement + Executive presence and communications + Project management + Product development and management **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship + GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA + Must be geographically mobile and have the ability to relocate for rotations. + To be eligible for the program, you must be a 2025 or 2026 graduate of the degree in the relevant field and start in the Leadership Program June 2026 **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proactive and results-driven; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams + Demonstrated technical understanding and skills in general engineering, software, systems, electrical, model-based development (MBD), chemical or mechanical engineering fields of study \#EarlyCareers \#EngineeringLeadershipProgram **_RSRCAR_** Pay Range: $0.00-$0.00 **_Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
