Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Interlomas.

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, at least 3 years confirmed of relevant experience in engineering processes.

Role Description

As the Engineering Launch Project, you will be the technical expert with knowledge of manufacturing processes, collaborating with the Site Initiatives Execution Leader and the Multi-functional Team to implement initiatives and technical projects. The Engineering Launch Project is responsible for leading the Global Startup Management tools, focusing on the execution of corporate standards for the projects they are overseeing. This role aims to achieve improvements in:

Reduction of unplanned downtime on production lines associated with changes, enhancing overall plant process reliability.

Productivity and speed in implementing changes.

Meeting project and initiative success criteria

Additionally, the Engineering Launch Project will provide leadership to start-up teams and mentor others in executing small changes and projects, while also identifying the plant's needs for additional capability development.

Job Qualifications

Availability to work at Huixquilucan - Interlomas

Graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, at least 3 years confirmed experience in process engineering roles.

Deep knowledge of technology, equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems, with a focus on process transformations.

Familiarity with and benchmarking of manufacturing standards (GMPs, PR SWP, DMS).

Hard Skills:

Corporate GSUM+ Qualification: Knowledge and understanding of GSUM+ standards and tools.

Proficiency in Office Applications: Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Project, for analysis and project management.

Loss Elimination Tools: Familiarity with tools and methodologies for eliminating losses in manufacturing processes.

Understanding of P2P Basics: Knowledge of the fundamentals of the procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders (PO), and goods receipts (GR).

Risk Assessment Techniques: Ability to perform risk assessments, such as FMECA and PRRA, to identify and mitigate risks in projects.

Soft Skills:

Leadership: Ability to lead teams and projects, motivating and guiding team members toward success.

Communication Skills: Capability to communicate strategies, plans, and results clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in an operational environment.

Collaboration: Skill in working collaboratively with multiple functions and departments, fostering a cooperative environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment and project priorities.

Nice to Have:

Project Management Certification: Certification in project management (such as PMP) that supports experience in planning and executing projects.

Knowledge of Operational Excellence Principles: Understanding of principles of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
